Every morning a small group of priests, nuns and lay people start their day in prayer. Soft music, sacred scripture and a thoughtful reflection are weaved into a 10 minute prayer called The God Minute. It’s then uploaded for you to access and pray along with us on your own time.

Listen with your coffee in the morning, while driving to work

or taking a walk. See how easy and beautiful prayer can be.

Pray Beautiful

Regular style of prayer based on the Liturgy of the Hours including psalms, scripture and a short reflection. The Our Father and a blessing concludes the 10 minute prayer.

Instead of scripture to base the reflection, we share how God's word came to us in random encounters with divine grace- a poem, a singing bird, a doctor's visit...

Fridays are all about the music. Each week we let a spiritual song lead us in prayer. Sometimes soft and reflective, other times an anthem that gets us moving. Always prayerful.

Our prayer and reflection today is focused upon our Blessed Mother, Mary.

One of the priests shares his reflection on the Sunday gospel that you will be hearing at Mass today.
