Spend 30 minutes of (extra) time in prayer this week. Set your alarm a half hour earlier than normal. Just this week.

Fill it with nothing. no reading, no journaling, no podcasts. Just BE in the presence of God with communion.
If it is helpful, here is a 30 minute piece of quiet instrumental music to accompany your prayer (and act as a timer to know when the time is up).
