The God Minute is an online prayer community, led by priests, nuns and lay people who start their day in prayer. Soft music, sacred scripture and a thoughtful reflection are weaved into a 10 minute guided reflection and then uploaded for all to share. Listen/pray with your coffee in the morning, while driving to work or taking the dog for a walk.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE OF PRAYER

MONDAY - THURSDAY

Regular style of prayer based on the Liturgy of the Hours including psalms, scripture and a short reflection from our Team. The Our Father and a blessing concludes the 10 minute prayer.

CONCERT FRIDAY

Fridays we change up a bit and draw our prayer from different places and experiences-- music, nature, reflections from the God Minute community, and so on. Always surprising, always prayerful.

MARIAN SATURDAY

Our prayer and reflection today is focused upon our Blessed Mother, Mary.

RANDOM SUNDAYS

In addition to the priests on our team, we reach out to other communities and churches and periodically ask the priest to share his reflection on the Sunday gospel.
